To open the suspender clasp, gently lift the short tab up to release the teeth. To close the suspender clip, gently push the short tab down.
Put the suspenders over your dog’s neck and see if you need to shorten or extend the suspender’s length. There is a slider on the suspenders to adjust the length to fit your dog’s body. The suspenders are made of elastic, so leaving the suspenders a little snug on your dog is fine.
Clip one end of the suspender onto the back waistband of the diaper on the back of your dog. Wrap the suspender over and around the neck to the opposite side of the diaper waistband, crisscrossing the suspender just like the picture below. Clip the other end of the suspender onto the diaper waistband. Finally, adjust the length (using the plastic slider on the suspender) to make sure the suspender fits your dog’s body snugly.
