Certain breeds such as French Bulldogs, English Bulldogs, Boston Terriers, Welsh Corgis, Brittany Spaniels, etc. do not have a tail. If you have one of these, or if your dog has a docked tail or really small tail nub, you should get the No Tail Hole version of the diaper. If your dog has a tail, you should definitely get the diaper version WITH a tail hole.

My dog’s butt is so hysterically hilarious now. She wees on accident sometimes but INSISTS she belongs in the bed. Since we love her too much to crate her at night over a little wee, we just put her in this. Add a disposable thin ladies maxi pad so you can just change the pad each day and save on washing this thing every day.The tail escape hatch is great. Only wish the one that arrived was the color we thought we were getting. She could wear neon leopard print if it keeps wee out of the bed for all I care. She only wears it at night so I don’t know how it stays on/holds up if they are very active in it but for sleep-wees like we have, this is great and secure.
